Craniofacial Release (CFR) is an advanced and specialized technique that focuses on relieving tension and restoring proper function to the skull, facial bones, and nervous system. This unique therapy involves inflating small balloons inside the nasal passages to expand and realign the bones of the skull, improving airflow, neurological function, and overall well-being. While it may sound unusual, CFR has been found to offer numerous benefits, especially for individuals suffering from breathing difficulties, chronic headaches, and neurological imbalances.

CFR is based on the principle that the bones of the skull are not completely fused and can be gently manipulated to improve overall funciton. During the procedure:  small, inflatable balloon is inserted into the nasal passage. The balloon is quickly inflated for a few seconds, expanding the passageway and creating space within the cranial structures. This movement helps realign the bones of the skull, improves cerebrospinal fluid flow, and enhances nervous system funciton. Though the procedure is brief, it can lead to lasting improvements in various aspects of health.

Key benefits may include: improvement in breathing and sinus function, relief from chronic headaches and migraines, enhancement of nervous system function, better TMJ and jaw alignment, possible improvement in postural alignment, aids in neurological recovery, enhanced mental clarity and cognitive function.

CFR may be beneficial for individuals experiencing: chronic sinus issues, migraines and headaches, sleep apnea or snoring, TMJ dysfunction, post-concussive symptoms, neurological disorders, poor posture and chronic pain.
